Cancellation Policy

To better cater to the needs and requirements of our customers, JacketsPlay offers a cancellation procedure provided the client meets the criteria that we have set beforehand. Please read the following policies and understand them carefully before placing the order to avoid any kind of misunderstanding and complication.

To qualify for our cancellation program, the client needs to fulfill this initial requirement:

  • A cancellation request will only be valid if the customer’s order has not left the warehouse. If the order is already on the way to the mentioned address, we will not entertain a cancellation.

Customers who fulfill the requirement mentioned above can apply for our cancellation program and will be entitled to a refund according to the following rules:

  • The customers who contact us within 24 hour’s time will be eligible to receive a full refund because we haven’t started or consumed any company resources for their order completion yet.
  • Customers who apply for order cancellation after 48 hours will receive 70% of their total amount as work has been started on their orders.
  • In case the customer asks for the cancellation after their order has been dispatched for shipping and delivery, they will not receive anything from the company.
